Shipping Policy

Free shipping applies to every order and there is no minimum purchase required. Every order is shipped using FedEx with delivery days of Monday through Friday. FedEx 2 day service does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders over $250 are sent signature required.

We ship every business day, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Our shipping cutoff is 2:00pm mountain standard time. Any in stock order placed before 2PM MST will be shipped out the same day. Out of stock orders are shipped as soon as the product becomes available.

We will update your online order status with either a tracking number or an approximate date of shipment within 1-2 business days of your purchase. You will be sent an email with this information and you can also check your order status anytime through the order status section of the website.

Received Different Item Than Ordered

If we shipped you the wrong item(s) then we will provide you with a call tag to send the item(s) back to us free of charge. Once we confirm that the item(s) have been picked up and is on its way back to us, we will ship you the correct item(s).

Return Policy

Return requests must be received within 7 days from the day the merchandise was delivered.

Free 2 Day Car Parts must receive the merchandise within 7 days from the date the RMA is issued.

All merchandise must be brand new and sealed in the original packaging.

You can send merchandise back for an exchange or refund.

Refund is minus 15% or $6.00, whichever is greater.

Refunds can take up to 14 days from the day Free 2 Day Car Parts receives the merchandise.

Returns can be refused for any reason.

To request an RMA please email us with all of the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Merchandise you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Exchange or refund
  • For an exchange please include the new merchandise that you want
  • At least two pictures showing that the merchandise is unopened and in brand new condition

Non-Returnable Items: special order, open box, and fluids.
